1. Information you provide
You may provide your name, phone number, email address, move date, origin and destination, requested service, inventory details, access information, whether you consent to text messages, and how you heard about KBA Movers when you contact KBA Movers or prepare a quote request.
2. The quote form
Submitting the quote form sends the details you entered to KBA Movers through the lead-management system the business uses to review requests, so the team can respond about availability and estimate options. The form is not a booking, and it does not process payments or collect payment card details.
Requests are also checked for automated submissions. That check uses your IP address, the time the form was filled out, and a hidden field that a person never sees, only to distinguish real requests from bot traffic.
3. Text messages and mobile information
The quote form includes an optional checkbox to receive text messages from KBA Movers about your quote request and your move. Consent is not required to request a quote or to buy any service, and leaving the box unchecked does not affect how KBA Movers handles your request. If you opt in, message frequency varies with your request, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Google Maps
The address fields on the quote form and the service-area map are provided by Google Maps. When those features load, Google receives the address text you type into those fields along with standard request information such as your IP address, and handles it under Google's own privacy policy and terms. If Google Maps is unavailable, the address fields still accept a typed address and the map is replaced by a link.
5. Browser storage
Your browser stores your theme choice and, where available, an unfinished quote draft. The draft stays in this tab and is cleared after submission or when the tab closes. Campaign parameters and Google click identifiers are retained in this tab for up to 30 days and attached to your quote so we can identify its source. These values do not include the contact or move details you enter. Your cookie choice is saved for up to six months. You can clear this information through your browser settings.
6. Technical and campaign information
The hosting provider and standard internet infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. KBA Movers may use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
We use Google Analytics and advertising measurement to understand page visits, form progress, accepted quote requests and clicks on our phone number. Measurement is on by default. We do not send your name, email, phone number or moving addresses as Analytics event data. A phone-number click does not tell us whether a call connected. You can turn measurement off below without affecting your ability to request a quote.

7. How information may be used

8. When information may be shared
KBA Movers does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be shared with service providers that support lead management, hosting, mapping, communications, payment processing, scheduling, insurance, professional advice, or moving operations, but only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and not for their own marketing. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or as part of a business transfer.
Every category of sharing described above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information, and the mobile numbers tied to it, will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Third-party links and services
This website links to third-party platforms such as review profiles, phone services, email providers, and hosting services. Those parties handle information under their own privacy policies. KBA Movers is not responsible for a third party's privacy practices.
10. Retention and security
KBA Movers may retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Your choices
You may ask KBA Movers to review, correct, or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements. You may also decline to provide optional information, although that can limit the ability to prepare a quote or provide a service. 12. Children and policy changes
This website is intended for adults arranging services and is not directed to children under 13. This policy may be updated as the website or business practices change. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
